Close to Cruise terminal, nice hotel staff at front desk very helpful! I wish the bar on the roof was open and that they had a restaurant on property besides the sandwich shop. There were 13 of us that had to walk a ways to eat dinner.

The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly. However, when we first asked for towels the next morning, they were hesitant to give us. We had just tracked 6 hours, had been at the beach so needed new towels. They don’t provide Kleenex but you can do your laundry and have a full kitchen.

Rooms and service at the hotel were great. The reception team were friendly and helpful. They just took a while to send me the payment link to make my deposit when I initially booked but apart from that everything was great. Will definitely visit again given the great location in Brickell as well
