We came back from our cruise and were there early and were lucky that the room was ready so they let us checked in before 12:00. Even if they didn’t have the room ready, the breakfast area is big enough that we can seat and wait.

The free hotel shuttle was a major part why we booked Sleep Inn as a place to stay before our cruise the next day. The hotel and room was well-kept and clean. It was nice they had breakfast the next day but was very carb-heavy (waffles, muffins, breads, bagels, etc). At least the sausage was good.

Very convenient/close to the airport ( about 6 minutes Uber drive) & 25 minutes from the Cruise Terminal. Very nice for overnight accommodations. The room was small but clean. Breakfast included oranges, yogurt, waffles (very good!), sausage, hard boiled eggs, juices, milk, bagels & muffins. Everything worked as it should in our room. They also provide an airport shuttle, which is helpful, but it ends at 9:30 pm. Our flight arrived after that, so we couldn’t use it.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Great location near the airport with shuttle service. To improve: The carpet in our room was sticky as if it was recently shampooed and not rinsed enough. Air conditioning unit was loud. Pool closure was way early and breakfast also ended at 9am. Which is also considered early compared to other hotels. I would still consider booking again when in Miami.

The staff was very helpful. The elevator was broken the entire time I was there but the desk lady helped me carry my luggage up a flight. ( I am 82 years old and have broken my back.) Breakfast was mediocre but typical offerings. I waned to mail 2 letters but desk lady said mail service was spotty. How can that be? The cost was minimal so it was what I expected.
