Nice property, good hotel for a cruise layover. We stayed one night as we came down a day before our cruise left. Staff was super nice, probably the best part of the hotel! Good breakfast in the morning, but a little pricey if you’re not a big eater. Starbucks in the hotel Lobby cafe would be a better alternative price wise.

This hotel is very nice and comfortable beds. The food was very good but a little pricey. Clean bathroom. It would have been nice to at least have a microwave or fridge in the room. Elevators were out of whack but there were a lot of guests. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff were nice and ready to help when asked. The room was clean and I appreciated the room had a smart TV with the ability to connect to Netflix. I had dinner at the restaurant and really enjoyed the Lobster Ravioli with a side of Broccoli. The restaurant oneself was clean, I liked the decor and the food was reasonably priced shower the sticks were on the pricier side. It's about a 7 min drive down the street from the Miami hotel and they have a free shuttle. I'd stay there again.

The building was in disrepair. The elevators did not work, The door knobs were coming off in the room, the paint was coming off the walls. The first room we were put in, the whole floor smelled like decomposition. The restaurant was exhuberantly expensive. The staff was very helpful and tried to make things right.

I’d give this hotel 3 1/2 stars. The location is great if you have an early morning flight and staff was also friendly and polite. My biggest issue was that there was no hot water. I reported it to the front desk and was told maintenance would come by, but no one ever did, so I ended up having to shower in cold water. The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but there was still a noticeable smoke smell. The lobby also had a sewage-like odor, and the toilets flushed very slowly. Overall, the staff and location were good, but the maintenance issues made my stay less enjoyable.
