We had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location was perfect, with everything we needed nearby, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. We especially appreciated how clean and organized the property was. Every staff member we interacted with went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Overall, this hotel provided excellent service, comfort, and value. The property was very nice well maintained friendly staff. The pool was very clean and breakfast cafe was reasonably priced with big breakfast portions. The only bad thing no parking only valet service. I recommend the San Juan Hotel for future visits.

The staff were all so friendly and kind at this hotel. Our beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The cold water, cookies and iced tea available at the hotel became a little something to look forward to when we would return to the hotel sweating from the outside humidity. The hotel is a 3 minute walk to the beach, and it includes towels, 2 chairs and an umbrella. The hotel staff even gave us sand toys to borrow. Hotel location is absolutely perfect with so many restaurants, shops, convenience stores and the beach nearby. Keep in mind this is a boutique hotel, so the hotel itself will be on the smaller side (they're all about the same size in this area).

Great location to the beach. Good price for location. Free use of beach chairs + umbrella included was great. Pool was great. Staff was great. Mojitos at the lobby bar were delicious. Walking distance to food and drinks great. My only complaints were: 1) Odd odor in the entire hotel. 2) You can hear the other guests through the walls. 3) Had to pay $15 flat rate EVERY TIME you move the car from the parking garage that is 2 blocks away.

This is a quaint older hotel but does need some updates. The pool was cute but small, and closed too early. We came back from a long day in the heat and was looking forward to a swim only to find out the pool had closed at 8 pm. The access to the beach and beach chairs was nice. The breakfast was amazing. Best breakfast in a hotel I've ever had actually. With great coffee. Make sure to make a reservation though, apparently I didn't know to do that and felt a little talked down to when I asked about it.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. However, there were not many activities or amenities available. Our room was located near the elevator, and we could hear the noise whenever it went up and down. At night, there was also noticeable street noise from traffic and other outside disturbances. Overall, our stay was not unpleasant, but these issues made it more difficult to get a restful night’s sleep.

A beautiful boutique hotel. AMAZING location and amenities. The pool area is so beautiful and beach lounge chair access is fantastic! The staff is SO friendly and helpful. Very much enjoyed their happy hour at the beautiful little bar in lobby and the breakfast at the cafe was huge and delicious. Highly recommend without hesitation…other than I don’t want it to get too busy because I’ll want to stay again when I return to MIAMI! 😅
