My family had three rooms at the Sagamore for a weekend celebrating my in-laws' 55th anniversary. Melody and the entire team at the Sagamore made it an unforgettable weekend at a beautiful hotel. The pool was great, the rooms were very comfortable and nice and the service was outstanding. We used the valet service which also worked great. 5-star experience!!

The service is incredible the people are very nice! The room is awesome!!! Spacious and clean, a little dated, their toilets and showers need to be updated! Love this hotel highly recommend. Ariel one of the workers was the absolute best. He was one of the reasons I gave 5 stars. Loved the 2 hour free bikes and the pool was just awesome. Did a garden view room that basically turned out to be an ocean front so that was a bonus. Next time I’m in south beach this is where I’ll be staying !

We had a great stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern and clean . Comfy beds. My only complaint is the slamming doors in the hallways . We moved rooms after 1 night , it was marginally quieter.
