Staff was nice but need to be more helpful to people who come from out of town. Give information on nice places to eat, whats open, etc. If you are traveling with kids then make sure to take a charged Ipad with movies downloaded. The wifi was horrible and the TV connection was really bad. It was lagging the entire time. Also the breakfast is a very simple, froot loops, corn flakes, toast, croissant and some apples in a basket. They have coffee with no creamer, just ref whole milk and OJ. This hotel can use some work. Besides that the staff was nice and cleaning crew as well!

The location is great, 1 block from south beach. You get 2 beach loungers included with your stay but you will need to pay for the umbrella and/or additional chairs. Never made it to breakfast as it ended by 9;30. I had the 1 bedroom appartment which was nice and spacious but the AC's were loud and little on the old side. Staff was very helpful and made that our room was ready 2hrs prior to check-in, which amazing. I would stay here again. Thank you

Staff was polite and even offered my very pale daughter a bottle of free sunscreen to go on the beach. The location was great. Of course because it is a boutique hotel the lobby was very small.

This is a basic hotel close to the beach. I give it 5 stars due to its great value for a low price. Not a fancy hotel but enough for a basic stay. The room was large and clean, staff was helpful. The room has a kitchen and several tables and desks. You even get a free chair at the beach.

Lots of restaurants nearby. We didn't use the beach facilities due to the rain but they were close by. The air conditioner was loud but it filtered out any noise we would have heard from potential neighbours and street. This hotel met our needs for one night.
