This property looked like an old hotel from the 80s without any upgrades. The furniture was old and worn. There was dust and Cobb webs. The floor was barely vacuumed, it had a smell, I asked for a room change but the next room was no better so I stayed in place. They charge you for parking everyday if you have a vehicle, However the gate is broken that’s supposed to protect the cars. Then of course you have to also pay a deposit. The convenience of being located that close to the airport is all it has to offer.

Dated hotel. Towels in the room where dirty had to ask for new ones. Bathroom is very dated needs updating. Front desk staff was polite. 4$ for a 500ml bottle of water. Pizza restaurant on site was good 12$ for the pizza. Free coffee in lobby. Cruise port shuttle was booked for 11am 14$ per person it showed up at 12.

Overall I think the property is fairly well kept, the staff does what is needed. First look the room looked clean, but after a little closer check, cleaning staff do not pay attention to details, why roll and organize towels in decorative fashion, but don’t clean under the beds. I found a half can of mineral water, and a few other trash items lying under the bed. Details matter

Staff was great, the area was great, but once I got upstairs second floor to my room, the hallway smelled awful when I opened the door the room smelled like bleach, as if it was cleaned, but once I got in and started looking around, I realize there were hair heavily from the doorway to the sink, hair all in the tub, and around the tub, and by the air-conditioning, there were a lot of sticky spots on the floor that was unacceptable and I did tell the guys at the front desk. I was not offered to exchange rooms or anything. .

Basically…. Do not stay here unless you enjoy roaches. There are roaches everywhere. Staff is well aware that there is a pest problem. Housekeeping has raid on their carts. The rooms are filthy. We moved rooms 3 times due to roaches. On the third time, we left and came back a few hours later… to find people in our room. A terrible experience all around. The food onsite is worse than cafeteria food and very expensive. The pool is clean! Joes apartment is entirely too expensive for what you get. Do yourself a favor and go to the Hyatt down the road.

This hotel is the worst hotel I ever stayed in especially paying $300+plus a night.The condition of the property is not being kept up the pool was filthy with cigarettes and plastic in it .The room and hallway had a bad odor and filthy as well with rust and dirt on the walls.everything cost extra they play on the part that it’s not close to no covenant stores or restaurants.To have a up charge for early check in for a room that is already ready dirty is diabolical as well as the $100 deposit for damages to a property that not kept up is even worse. No complimentary water and every beverage is $5. The only plus is it’s very close to the airport

One standout feature is the hotel’s cruise shuttle service, which I highly recommend. Our group departed at 10:15 a.m. and arrived at the port in under 30 minutes, making for an stress-free transition. It was cheaper than getting 2 different share ride for my big family. Dining options on-site are limited, and guests should plan accordingly. The nearest alternative is a gas station about a 15-minute walk away, though it requires navigating a busy road. Additionally, due to the hotel’s proximity to the airport, there is frequent overhead aircraft noise. Despite these drawbacks, the property felt safe and provided a suitable place to relax before our cruise. Overall, it’s a reasonable choice for travelers prioritizing convenience over amenities.
