Dated hotel. Towels in the room where dirty had to ask for new ones. Bathroom is very dated needs updating. Front desk staff was polite. 4$ for a 500ml bottle of water. Pizza restaurant on site was good 12$ for the pizza. Free coffee in lobby. Cruise port shuttle was booked for 11am 14$ per person it showed up at 12.

Located right across from the Miami Airport, we stayed here two nights after our flight was cancelled. The front desk staff were great, and when our TV didn't work, they sent up engineers who replaced it. On weekdays, nearby food establishments are not open and we didn't have a car. The lobby has some frozen and shelf stable foods you can microwave in your room. There's a really nice, gated swimming pool. We would gladly stay here again.

It was a red roof Inn, so I was not expecting a palace. The building itself was solid. And the room was comfortable and fairly quiet, considering how close it was to the airport. However, there’s no excuse for the repeated failure of the staff to ever answer the front desk phone. Housekeeping only did my room once in four days over multiple stays. Had to repeatedly ask for towels.

First look the room looked clean, but after a little closer check, cleaning staff do not pay attention to details, why roll and organize towels in decorative fashion, but don’t clean under the beds. Was great for the price. Room was actually really quiet considering proximity to the airport. My coffee maker didn't work and the keys were kind of a pain (had to have it in the door just right to work). I also wish they didn't charge for coffee in the lobby or parking or would be 5 stars. My room was clean and staff up front were super duper friendly, though. Great for a no frills place to crash!
