The rooms were perfect, it was like I was staying in a small apartment. I love that the rooms came with a washer and dryer. Didn’t have to travel back home with dirty laundry. The staff was nice. The pool area was nice and beautiful. It would be a place that I would choose to stay at again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely loved my stay here! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The hotel was clean, spacious, beautifully maintained, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. 😍 I originally came as a solo traveler, but I ended up having a friend join me, and we both had such a beautiful experience. I loved every single detail of the room and the overall stay. It was comfortable, spacious, and felt like a home away from home. One of my favorite things is the locationit’s literally in the middle of everything, which made getting around Miami so convenient. And for the price, this place is definitely worth every penny! I will definitely be back for sure! ❤️ Highly recommend!

I had a great experience staying at District 225. The location was excellent, close to the beach, restaurants, and many attractions, which made exploring Miami very easy. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff was friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance. I especially appreciated the convenience and the overall comfort of the place. It was a great choice for a Miami trip, and I would definitely consider staying here again. I recommend District 225 to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.

I travel a fair amount but rarely, if ever, leave a review as most places I stay at offer what is expected and not much more. This stay was different. The host was in constant contact with me prior to the visit but once I arrived the difference was notable. I had several small issues that I hesitated to bring up but when I did I got an instant response and resolution. One of the requests didn't really fall into the area that the host would normally be responsible for. I only mentioned it so that he could consider it for a future stay. Not only did he respond instantly he went above and beyond to get the issue resolved. I was pleasantly surprised by his attention to detail. When visiting Miami again I will not hesitate to stay here again. If there were more than 5 stars in the rating system I would gladly give them to him.

DO NOT BOOK! The worst customer service ever has I travel frequently! First of all they communicate through WhatsApp which is annoying, they leave you on read for days on end! We stated 9 days and it was issue after issue from check in until check out! Holes in wall (bigger than a watermelon) dirty shower( we bathed in slides) no sheets for pull out bed and it took them 48 hours to finally bring them. No one speaks English. They sent a maintenence guy to the unit to supposedly fix the shower but when he came he asked about a door?! I of course told him we had no door issues so he left. Let me circle back by saying it was three females in our unit, this guy couldn't properly communicate and wasn't in uniform so I wasn't just gonna let him in. They make you pay a $300 deposit when you get there and do everything in their power to NOT return it! I've never had a hotel keep my security deposit ever!!!! They claimed I lost a parking card because I didn't take a picture of it upon check out. How can I photo something I never had! I was in Miami for a surgery and ubered everywhere. I never signed out a parking card! Crooks! They only cleaned once while we were there and we left it spotless (took pics and video) Expedia tried to move me to another hotel but they kept denying it! I accepted over $500 in Expedia credits on this one stay as that's all Expedia could do. I repeat do not book

I felt like once it was check out and I had questions I about the refund of deposit, staff did not want to really deal With us. No professional clear communication. Other than that nice hotel.
