The room has a beautiful view , very clean , the kitchen area has all the necessary utensils to cook. The hotel pool also has a great view . This reservation is from a private party and people will contact you. The beginning process was confusing as I waited at the lobby for a long time and the front desk cant help unless the contacts shownup. Still worth it,

The view of this place is the only reason why it’s not a one star review. The owner runs this property from a separate company from Canada. They were rude over the phone, poor communication and acted like we were a bother. They gave me three different contacts of who was suppose to help check me in at the property. When we were finally checked in and got to the room it was still dirty from the previous tenant(s). There were dirty towels everywhere, hair in the sink and shower, stuff in the toilet, bed sheets slept in, garbage still in the trash. I took video of it all. I called the owner and he sounded irritated over the phone and told me he would call me back in 5 minutes. 30 minutes passed with no contact. My partner and I had a long day of travel and a dinner reservation that was missed. I am the one to call the owner back and he told me the cleaners would come in 15 minutes. We waited 20-30 minutes for the cleaning lady and decided to start cleaning up ourselves. In the middle of cleaning, we finally had a knock on the door. The cleaning lady came in to finish the job and by the time she left it was already too late to make our dinner reservations since we still needed to wash up after our long day or travel and cleaning on our vacation. There were many people and the building’s elevators could not handle the usage. At one point it took 25 minutes to get in an elevator. Very disappointed with this property and with Expedia.
