Very nice hotel for a great price, this is a hotel for couples who on a little vacation. Rooftop hotel was nice especially at night, the coworkers are wonderful very helpful and polite, housekeepers are amazing as well when I come back to Miami I will definitely be booking here again and also did I mention valet parking is awesome as well made our stay feel welcoming good job PRIME HOTEL.... only thing I would say is they need updated TVs

We stayed at Prime Hotel South Beach, for a girls birthday trip and the location was skipping distance to the absolutely clear south beaches. The staff was welcoming, accommodating and the whole vibe was very safe. I would like to visit this location again and again. it is a great boutique hotel. Cute ,well-maintained, perfect location. The only complaint would be after spending a fair amount of money for one night, and enjoying a very pricey dinner at the prime 112 steakhouse, the luggage policy is much to be desired charging to have our luggage there while we go on a tour after checkout seemed pricey at $100.
