Staff was very helpful. Only issue was the sliding shower doors. Could not keep both doors closed during showering unless you used a wash cloth to keep the door from rolling open.

What a fantastic location to be close to the Wynwood walls (a hotel that is the backdrop) and an eclectic community. Restaurants were fantastic, quite pricey, but not surprising.

Emily & Manny were AMAZING!!! We were just coming off of a cruise and visiting for the very first time and had a blast. It was our very first visit to Miami. It's very family friendly. So very accommodating and fun...kids were able to enjoy the pool table, foosball and watch World Cup 2026! We were only there for one night. And will stay in Moxy Wynwood again in future! Walking distance to lots of food and Wynwood Walls and Museum of Graffiti as well. So much to explore - both night and day!

We got there at 2 am and weren’t expecting the full blown party in the street vibe. If you are for the loud party scene, it is a great place. Also close to the cruise port. The A/C wasn’t working well and we couldn’t get our room to cool off. Other than that, it was clean and that is always very important to us. We would stay there again.

The Moxy Wynwood gets a lot right, the room was stylish, the hotel is clean and modern, and the location is great. A few things kept the stay from being what it should have been. The bathroom wasn't fully cleaned: the walls and mirror had dried toothpaste splatter from a previous guest. The bigger issue was noise. The restaurant on the floor above us turns into a nightclub after 10pm and runs until 1 or 2am. Our whole room vibrated. We brought a sound machine and it didn't make a dent. If you're a light sleeper, ask for a room well away from that floor. There's also a disconnect between valet and the hotel. We valeted at the start of our stay and specified a Sunday morning checkout. At 10:45pm Saturday I got a text saying my car was ready and I'd be charged if I didn't pick it up within 30 minutes. We were already in bed. The front desk had no phone number or way to check with valet without physically running down, and they were clearly slammed, the woman who helped me was lovely and called back after going to ask, but valet wasn't sure either, so we ended up getting dressed and going downstairs at 11pm to sort it out. Everyone we dealt with was genuinely kind. The systems just aren't talking to each other. Would consider staying again if the noise situation were addressed.

The staff was welcoming, personable, and warm. Did I enjoy my stay?! It wasn't bad but I wasnt comfortable. Something was wrong with the a/c... it wasn't cooling the room. It was a bit uncomfortable. I tried to adjust it and to no avail. The staff member did his best in trying to assist me and that was appreciated. It wasn't until in the morning when the air kicked in.
