All-around high value hotel. The check-in was smooth. I thought free parking was not included in the busy coconut grove area. But it turns out that the garage access was included with the room key card (with Expedia package at least). The location is perfect. Easy access to most of Miami. Lots of things to do in the nearby shopping plaza. But the part I enjoyed the most is the walking along the peacock park and the bay every morning and night. I also like the fact that they have lots of kitchen utensils and a cooktop. It might be hard to find a a parking spot during busy season. Highly recommended overall.

The rooms were good, spacios. Bathrooms need some work, a couple of things were old or broken. The view and location were spectacular. Easy access. Hope they had free coffee & water, the least.
