I had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, and overall the property was a great value. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.

The decor is eclectic-old photos of Miami. This is the oldest hotel downtown and the building was built in 1918. The bathroom is tiny, but the water pressure for the shower was great. The desk clerks were both very friendly and gave good recommendations for local restaurants. The A/C worked great. Very close to a parking garage. Lots of construction, but loved the location.

You can hear the train and the A/C is loud. My room was a bit awkward - no lamps, no shelves or countertops. One usable outlet by the bed. Shower was a mild trickle -zero water pressure- I told the desk staff, and it was fixed on Monday! Laundry machines available onsite for $2. Would stay here again - location is great and staff are fantastic

I think this is a great hotel if you were going to be attending a concert at the Kaseya Center. It’s about a 10 minute walk otherwise I think you could find a little bit better value for what you pay, but the rooms were clean. The staff was nice. It is in a really great location. I would definitely stay again at the next concert.

I like hotel sun is a few munite away from shopping area so that why I always go plus when I come from the ship my room always ready for me I recommend other crew members to go to stay at hotel sun lot a nice hotel down town Miami the staff are friendly some of them remember me when I come there excellent place to stay safe hotel.

The location is very good. Walkable with plenty of attractions, restaurants nearby. The hotel staff are nice. The hotel itself is basic. No real amenities. The rooms are very bare bones. They barely fit the bed and were oddly designed. The bathroom sink is in the bedroom… staff tidied the rooms every day but the floors were dirty.

Staff was nice. Room was clean but bed was like an oversized foldable cot with a spring mattress that felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Small room is an understatement. One chair with no table to work from, smallest bathroom ever seen. Had to approach sink from the side to use due to space. Tv didn’t work. Ironing board was not useable.

Staff was nice. Location was decent for what I needed. The room was ridiculously bad for the price. Paid over $300 for a bathroom that looked like it was a closet converted into a bathroom. Couldn't even turn around in the shower without knocking into the walls. The sheets had make up or something on them. The TV was tiny. No key cards, but actual physical keys. No parking had to pay extra and walk to the hotel. Would not recommend.

When I booked the room, it was misleading that I had a quadruple with 2 double beds. The room was really small with 2 queen size beds not 2 rooms with 2 beds. I feel like that was false advertisement. Other than that, the hotel is at convenient location downtown walking distance from a lot of stores.

We paid $380 for the night and couldn’t believe that it was really a $100 hotel. The staff was friendly but the room is very very dated and weird. I slept with all my clothes on and left as soon as the sun came out. There are no night tables. The sink is in front of the bed. The AC was old and loud. It was an actual key for entry/ exit and the door didnt feel securely closed. The mattress was on a metal/ spring base. This hotel is definitely for when roughing it. If i was paying $100 i suppose “ you get what you get” but for $380 whicg was clearly marked up after the winter storm its unacceptable. I actually considered leaving and sleeping in the Airport. Book with caution and low expectations
