The apartment was PERFECT! Amazing view on Miami from the balcony – you wake up to a beautiful view on the ocean and get to watch the sunrise. The apartment is huge, clean, nice kitchen and bathroom. Bed is really comfortable. Neighborhood is very safe, location couldn't be more in the city center. The pool and the gym are excellent. I couldn't imagine staying in any other place in Miami.

Nice, spacious apartment. Comfortable bed. All appliances needed available. Nice, quiet pool across the building. The furniture in the balcony needs an upgrade. Apartment close to the Financial District free transport - metromover. The TV in the living room was not working and when reported it we were told to alternatively connect our laptop if we had one or use the TV in the bedroom.

Kitchen had few things to cook well equipped. Great location. Host was very responsive however the result of our conversation was ignored. We ran out of bathroom tissue on our 2nd last day and the host said housekeeping will drop it off. We had left the house and expected that housekeeping will have it for us but when we came back in the evening, nobody had dropped it off. We had to buy it unfortunately. The whole place was clean and as expected as it was advertised. Bathroom shower faucet could be replaced as it barely had pressure.

Amazing location in a beautiful building. The included parking on site is an excellent benefit for those who wish to explore the surrounding area without having to worry about very expensive parking rates in the Miami area. The apartment is well appointed with a comfortable bed and all amenities anyone would need (kitchen, dining, washing facilities, etc). The only negative point I would have is that the shower could be somewhat improved to increase the water pressure as it was quite low. However, the shower works perfectly as required and the bathroom is excellent. Would highly recommend this location to any traveller seeking a great location and excellent apartment.
