This "low end motel quality " hotel charges an exorbitant room charge but maintains a dirty, falling apart quality. There aren't even blankets on the beds. Rooms are tiny and low quality. Hotel restaurant is below quality as well and closes way too early (9:30) for a Saturday nite with guests coming in late due to various flight situations. The ONLY reason to stay there is that it is within the Miami airport.

When we entered our room after checking in we realized that the room was not cleaned and tidied up prior to our arrival.
We had to go back to reception to get a new rooom.

The staff at check in was lacking customer service, check out was okay. Rooms were reasonable for the price, smaller than the pics advertise. Very clean. Served the purpose.

The positives: comfy bed, nice toiletries. The negatives were overwhelming: unsafe with no security to speak of, if i was travelling alone no. Room very basic, no safe for valuables. Pillows shocking. Room shabby and tired. Very disappointing from website photos, nothing like it was portrayed. I would not stay again and would not recommend.
