Old, dirty, noisy, cold. In my 20 years of business travel this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The operators should be ashamed to have such a hotel open for guests.

Very easy check in process. Staff very friendly. We didn’t have hot water. We called down to front desk and they immediately sent someone up to check. After letting the water run for awhile (maybe 5 minutes or so) it seemed to get better. I don’t know if he had to fix anything. We assumed the problem was taken care of. Unfortunately when I attempted to shower again (despite letting the water run for several minutes) the water didn’t get past Luke warm. Doesn’t sound like a big deal but we had just spent over a week in Central America and had been traveling extensively. A hot shower was all I wanted. Other than this, I don’t have any complaints.
