I stayed for 1 night during a layover . I left my room to go the vending machine and when I tried to get back into my room my key wouldn’t work. The security was very helpful and tried tons of keys to unlock my door , with no success. In the end 2 hours later I finally got back into my room and then had to be up at 5am for my flight . Needless to say I was wiped out for my flight. The hotel promised to refund my card but I haven’t seen the chargeback yet.

This hotel is old and run down. I booked a room for one night due to me having a early mkrning flight out of MIA. They gave me room 601. A small room thats next to the janitor closet litterly no joke. This room (601) looks like it was a closet at one point and they decided to somehow add a little low cieling and make it a bathroom. I believe i was given this room because i booked through Expedia which is bull. I wouldn't stay here again. Aside from that the hotel.is just old (carpet rooms lobby ect). Needs a real update.

This hotel is verywell priced and I always stay there the night before I have an early morning flight.

Rooms were not well cleaned. Sheets had holes in them. Overall, it’s a Run down, poorly maintained place.

The location can’t be beat! Right in the airport terminal. However customer service was disappointing: I found the staff rude. We stayed for 2 nights, and every staff member we interacted with over that time gave attitude and had a mean tone when speaking. If you hate your job, find another. If not, learn to treat customers with courtesy.
