The room was clean, however there was no microwave, or washer as pictured. The oven was overly complicated to use so we didn't bother. The keyless entry was easy but sometimes didn't work well, thankfully our room had a fob for the times we weren't able to access the room/elevators. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. The property is centrally located, the metro, shops and restaurants are all in walking distance. We would stay here again for the location.

This is a rental through Expedia, but, renter be aware, the units’ managers are not onsite, and their operational support is very limited…the building is in good condition w good amenities but the unit could be better prepared. Lack of maintenance is noticed throughout the unit, duck tape holding the dryer door, stains on walls, etc. our unit was not well equipped with the appropriate bedding for the sleeper sofa and when we requested it, it took several phone calls, emails, text messages since there is nobody onsite that can assist. they sent us brand new sheets for a bed, not a sofa bed, and the bedding was still in in its package, recently bought…not washed…. i would not recommend.
