The condo was very clean, spacious for single person and well equipted. Plenty of towels which is always appreciated, although a washer and dryer is provided in the unit. My only crtitque would be the mattress. For such an amazing place, they could invest in a good mattress. It was like sleeping on a marshmellow. I would most definitely stay here again!

Staff was all very friendly. Location is close to a lot of stuff. The park and Brickell area are short walks or the Brickell loop train is across the street. Lots of dining near by. Much better than a typical hotel room.

The room could’ve been cleaner. There was wrappers on the floor, the couch is gross. Walls have quite a lot of scuffs throughout. The space was very much comfy and the online staff was the absolute best friendly and patient. I would stay again definitely would just like a better maintained room.

I’m giving this day a two out of five. One of the main reasons I booked this condo was because it was my wife’s birthday and she just wanted a condo with a nice city view and balcony. One of the main reasons we booked was for a balcony with the city view, but the balcony was significantly smaller than what was shown in the listing photos midway through our state. The blinds to the balcony stopped working and would not go up. We attempted to contact the house multiple times, but we’re unable to reach them for our entire duration of our stay, which was very frustrating Additionally, there were noticeably scratches and marks throughout the floor and walls , the towel rack in our bathroom was broken due to lack of communication. We were unable to request a room change or get assistance with the technical issues in this apartment/condo overall I will write to stay a four out of 10 on a positive note the location was very convenient.

Me and my husband enjoyed our stay and the view was great! We had bayside market place which was a walkable distance, a lot of food and shopping stores there. CVS, Ross, Marshall’s, are all close. Also, a liquor store just a block away. Beautiful rooftop where you will be staying called Vela with a pool and nice little bar bites. A great gym as well and designer district is only 10 mins away without traffic! All in all you don’t want to miss this and yes they do contact you through WhatsApp but rest assured they are super communicative! The hotel is called the Yotel and they have condos, trust me you will love the Yotel Pad Condo!

The place was cute, well located, easy to get in and out. I was bothered by the fact that they tried to communicate with me via WhatsApp first, and only via hotels.com when I asked, and that I was asked to pay the deposit before I arrived, on an outside web site. I think the site is reputable, but that combination with the fact that I'm not sure where the rental company is based concerned me.

The location is great, very easy to walk to shops and restaurants. However, customer service was bad. I try to communicate with them many times but no one reply until two days before the check in date. I will prefer to book a hotel next time because you can always find someone you can talk to. Also, the bathroom door was broken.

Great location!!! The parking was not available and was advertised as $25 per day and Subject to availability. I called many times to secure the parking but it wasn’t available repeatedly and I suspect it never is available. There was ample parking close but not for $25. The unit had a broken bathroom towel bar as seen in the photo. I didn’t use the towel bar as I thought it would fall off. The sofa bed was too small in the living room and very uncomfortable to sleep on. The bedroom bed was great. Would recommend 2 people for this unit given the sofa bed is not an option.
