The location was great, within close proximity to many restaurants, shops, clubs, and the beach. The property itself is dated and could use some renovations, redecorating, and deep cleaning, but it’s okay for the price. Bathroom looked like it had been recently renovated but the rest of the room hadn’t. Also found it very humid inside the room. Our room was quite big and had everything we needed for our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was a bit loud at times, could hear noise from guests in other rooms and from outside. Would stay here again because of the convenient location and affordable price.

The staff was nice on the phone, thats it! the hotel was not as advertised, pictures looked starkly different. Room was small. The big issue is the is building run down, and does not seem safe! there were very few blankets, we had to go bring ours from the car. The door lock opens after 10 tries. Loud neighbors!

I arrived at almost 5 and the room wasn't yet clean and the cleaning staff wasn't in a hurry.The room was clean but really old and rundown. The shower had a lot of lime scale buildup and needed new grout. The bed was hard. There's not many places to put your clothes. Check-in was at 4. It's very loud. It is in a good location in terms of what is nearby. It's well priced

I was looking for a no-frills hotel, but this is basically a youth hostel with a private bathroom. Fellow guests were loud and smoking weed at the entrance to the hotel. Oh, no desk staff after 6p. An arriving guest banged on my door to help her get into her room. Crazy! The room was clean, so that was nice

The only plus was the 24hr bar across the street. Expedia needs to pull international by lowkel out of there lists. Pictures were doctored actual place looked nothing like. 1 block and a half away from beach. Had to keep shoes on from floors being dirty. The kicker was being asked via TEXT message please remove all garbage when checking out. When i texed back ok where do we put it no answer . We left it in stairwell garbage can . For the price we paid you would have thought it would be super nice. There were no staff visible the whole 3 days we were there. We will be back to Miami. I will pay way more to never stay here again.

Spacious with friendly staff. Good for those who spend more time outside. AC is window unit so it’s loud if you want to sleep with it on at night. My 2nd room stay with 2 queens and balcony is much better and I didn’t need a full kitchen. Will stick with this option next time. Host response is A+.
