The staff was exceptional and the amenities that you just can not get anywhere in South Beach (two big pools with food and drink service, hot tub, 30 second walk to PRIVATE beach with cabanas and chairs, an absolutely mouth watering japanese restaurant) - there were many more!!

Nice location in South beach. Freindly staff. Hotel is need of much needed updating, Our lamps were rusty and the phones were yellowed and very old. I thought the resort fee was high at $42 for the amenities offered. The umbrella charge of $38 was extreme.

The location is fantastic and amenities as well as the staff all around the hotel was outstanding. However, the hotel is a bit beat up and the AC in the room raises if there is no motion in the room, so it gets pretty warm overnight. We will be back knowing all of this.
