I loved my stay at M Boutique Hotel. The place was easy to get into using the code provided. The room was clean, quite and well air conditioned, and looked exactly like in the pictures. It was only a few blocks from the beach. The price for my stay with Expedia Member Discount was fantastic. Would definitely stay there again!

It's a very good value for the money. The guest was very attentive and respond right away on WhatsApp. The room and the inside of the property are clean like Best Western level clean. It's modern and updated. The outside can feel sketchy at night(it's sorrounded by two high rise construction at the moment: Aug 22 2026 so the area is desolate at night). Single ladies, I would be wary of being outside; but if you do, be alert. I will stay here again for the value.

Door codes would only work after multiple attempts. We had to request towels-they are not replenished daily or the toilet tissue has to be requested. Smoke detector was beeping all night due to battery needed replaced. Nice location from businesses. Very little parking. AC would not keep room cool. Very little shows on TV unless you paid for them. I guess for the price can’t complain much about the place. Get what you pay for !!!

Beautiful hotel and so close to the beach. The beach was less than 5 mins away!! The room was amazing - literally a fully furnished studio apartment with everything. The management is super responsive and even allowed me to check out late because my flight was delayed. Would stay here again when I plan my next trip to Miami. Totally recommend!!

There is no front desk staff and the cleaning staff don't help much with luggage. Be careful not to leave your phone outside while unloading because there is little to no staff and everything is a code. The AC was ok once I learned how to use it and changed the batteries in the remote. I don't believe there is a pool but the beds sure are comfy! Theres a small kitchen with a microwave and fridge. The showers really need a good deep clean but overall I quite enjoyed my stay. For the price - you can't beat it!

Front desk was not staffed. Communication with hotel staff was done via WhatsApp messages. Check in is done online where an hotel staff provides the codes for entering the main gate, and the rooms. Room did not have any towels, no toilet papers, no cutleries when checked in. Cleaning staff was present on premises and assisted whenever there was any missing items from the room. Room is small, functional for one or two people. Hotel property is surrounded by 3 major building construction that makes the stay very noisy during the day.

Beautiful very charming boutique Hotel... these is a bit of construction going on right across the street but honestly its not that noisy. The hotel is very quiet for those who like to be in a peaceful, clean, super cute space. Great price as well. I love the mini fridge, the kitchen sink and cupboards. They even have plates and cups provided. I feel safe... there is a gate and another code to the front door plus your room. Very secure. I already booked another 4 nights after having stayed 5 days already while im visiting Miami!

We stayed for 4 nights. The location is excellent. 5 mins walk to the beach and to the grocery store. Several food options close by. Right across the street you can catch the free Collins shuttle to South Beach or bus 100. The room was clean. There were no amenities at the hotel. The owner was always quick to respond via WhatsApp

Room was very clean. Communication was very prompt with property. The 2 stars are because the construction was very disruptive- waking us up on the weekends early. And the rooms were very bright - could definitely use blackout curtains. I went home from my vacation exhausted.

Overall, we had a good stay. There weren’t many workers on site after hours, but the host was very quick and responsive whenever we needed anything, which we appreciated. The room was very clean, although it did have a bit of a strange odor. It was bearable, so we didn’t bring it up, but I’m confident it would have been taken care of if we had. There weren’t really any amenities, but the location was great and made it convenient to get around. For the price and location, it was a solid stay.
