Gorgeous hotel in a great location in Coral Gables. Walking distance to many great restaurants and shops and just a short drive to other cool areas such as Coconut Grove and Brickell. Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and only about 20 minutes from Miami airport. Swimming pool is beautiful, but 50% of it is in the shade. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but the food around the pool was lovely.

This is a 4 star hotel, but it definitely identifies as 5 star. Amazing service from everyone. Front of house - lovely - Arianna was so kind, waiting staff - shout out to Edwin for his cheerful ways, bellhop lovely. The pool was heated to the perfect temperature. On one occasion the hot tub was cold. Room was lovely - we were upgraded to a high floor with an amazing view of the Miami skyline. Location is great - Coral Gables is fun. Loads of walkable restaurants. The bar always seemed to be full. Compliments to the sound proofing team because once you are in your room you hear nothing!!! A great stay - well done Loews

What a wonderful surprise to find this hotel! From the front desk to the restaurant, housekeeping, and the spa—everything was exceptional. I had a great massage and had my hair done by Tammy Askew, who gave me one of the best blowouts I’ve ever had on New Year’s Eve. Everything in the hotel is first class. I will definitely be back
