Parking was easy. Room was clean. Door had a big gap around 3 sides of it. Pictures of rooms/lobby/hotel definitely doesn't match real life viewing. I'm not going back there

I arrived in the place and the receptionist told me that my booking was cancelled even though I showed my confirmation, so stressful I have to find other place last minute, not sure if Expedia or the hotel neglected my booking ! So Frustrated I had to cancel the reservation in the restaurant that I wanted to go, just ruined my trip. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Where do I start…Bullet proof glass to check in, deposit required for the key, hourly rates available, dirty floors, smelt like cigarette smoke, bright parking lot lights shining through curtains, no security lock, no pillows, no shampoo,no clock, no coffee, no hangers. Open doors with questionable clientele. Overall just a horrible experience. Doesn’t belong on Expedia with misleading high ratings. Glad we only had to suffer for one night. I would avoid.
