I really like this property’s layout and the way it’s built up to withstand all the stress and pressure from the different weather conditions. I also enjoy the swimming pool and its location right next to a plaza where you have many different options for shopping. The hotel was very clean although there was a musty smell to the room. The buffet breakfast was perfect with more than enough choices for food and beverages. A little overcrowded seeing that the dining area was right in the entrance with hotel check-in. Airport shuttle was so convenient and very timely with competent, experienced drivers.

Room was cleaned...in between a Denny's, McDonald's and Wendy's. Room was cleaned. The staff were very nice. Air-conditioning worked very good. Parking wasn't a problem. Only bad thing was we couldn't watch the Knicks game because they didn't have the channel that was showing it and logging in to the wifi was a problem.

This location is great .. the airport, south beach , e11even (club) are all like 15 mins away; the food options are McDonald's, Wendy's, Denny's, chipotle, Starbucks are a 1 minute walk; the hotel room is spacious we had 2 queen beds it helps that the bathroom sink:mirror are outside the washroom (shower and toilet) which helps when someone needs to shower and the other needs to do their hair/makeup, the receptionist Nancy was great she handled pressure with ease and professionalism and was always available to answer a question. The shuttle to the airport is an added bonus! There also is an enterprise rent a car across the street if you need a rental!

This is my third time booking an at this hotel, because of the convenience of the restaurants and shops in the area and request to have a room reserved for my elderly parents on the ground floor because they have suitcases that they cannot carry and the stairs are not sturdy every time the Hotel has refused to give them a room on the ground floor This time when I called I was told they will get a room on the ground floor , although we paid for early check-in we still did not get a room on the ground floor.

The stay was normal. The staff were friendly. Expect a basic room without any ceiling lights. Lamps will have to be used to light the room. What was disappointing is the internet connection as the speed is slow. Rain fell and the internet went down for 8 hours which was extremely disappointing. The shuttle service is not reliable as it broke down the morning we checked out and was not available till 1pm considering they have 2 shuttles. Would only recommend if you are on a tight budget.

I had to change rooms because from day one there were tiny bugs getting into my food and drinks in room 245, and the toilets water pressure was very poor. The next room was a little better, but the bugs were still noticeable. There were also plumbing issues with the toilet and sink, and the AC had to be replaced because it was leaking a lot of water. On top of that, the TV went out of service for about an hour until staff came to fix it. Honestly, I feel some type of compensation should have been offered for all the inconveniences, but I chose not to make a big issue out of it. Outside of those problems, the staff was pleasant, professional, and friendly throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast was also very nice and appreciated. The place is nice for a stay peaceful and nice pool for guests.

What I liked about this location was that it was close to the airport and close to the shopping malls. Easy to get on the highway from there. Very convenient that there’s some food places right next door in case you get hungry. Only thing I didn’t like was that none of the housekeepers knew English so I always had to go to the front desk if I needed something, also another thing is they serve the same breakfast all the time, it never rotates, every day is boiled eggs served with bread, bagel.
