This hotel EXCEEDED my expectations. First time staying at a kimpton hotel. I was hesitant at first but they really shocked me of how CLEAN it is, and how spacious the balcony room is. The amenities are great. Rooftop has one of the best views I’ve seen, as good as hotel 1! Staff were super sweet. They have a free shuttle from 10-6 Thursday to Monday that ll take you anywhere in south beach which is an AMAZING AMENITY!! I would definitely stay here again.

The hospitality and service at this hotel is amazing! I really enjoyed the clean spaces and how friendly the staff were. Had a great time enjoying their rooftop pool and outdoor space and this hotel is close enough to the beach but far enough to stay away from the noise. really enjoyed my stay!

Nothing to complain! Everything was clean, veru nice and spacious room, staff was nice. Only thing is, the pool was empty, not filled with water. I didnt asked the staf why though. Other then that, the rooftop also looked very nice. Location was also perfect for me. Shops and grocery store around the corner. Would definitely stay there again.
