Hotel grounds were very cute! Loved the pool area and daybeds. Carpet throughout the hotel could stand to be replaced, and the elevator was out of service…The staff left a lot to be desired! Very unfriendly and there were several times that no one was even at the desk. Hospitality should be a focus here :)

We stayed here 2 nights before our cruise. Great location, the hallways are a bit outdated but the rooms are a different world - all updated. Our room was great, nice and clean. Another couple we travelled with had issues with their AC but the staff gave them another room. Ours worked perfectly fine. Unfortunately the elevator wasn’t working while we were there but we survived! There’s multiple different buildings with rooms which I didn’t know when we booked, we went around to a few looking for the lobby lol. The lobby is in the first building you see! Happy hour was great and so was the pool, we chilled there when we weren’t out around south beach.

Great location. Lots of dining and shops within walkable distance. The room was clean but with a 3 night stay I did not receive maid service one time. The refrigerator did not stay on for more than 4 hours. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
