Great place to stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and centrally located. There were plenty of restaurants and dining options nearby, all within walking distance. Everything we needed was close by, which made our stay even more convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

The neighborhood is great, with many bars and restaurants. It is noisy at night, so if that's not what you are looking for, it's not a good place, but it's great for partying nearby. The sofa bed is not that comfortable but good enough to stay a couple of nights.

Kasa was great. They left very detailed instructions for everything from parking, to finding the room, and everything needed throughout the stay. The apartment was clean and offered a homey-mess that is hard to come by in a hotel. Would definitely recommend! Just be prepare that Wynwood is noisy!! But they even had that covered with earplugs and a sound machine.

Booked a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment for a long weekend. Very spacious and fully equipped with everything you’d expect from a short-term rental. It’s located right in the heart of Wynwood, with plenty of bars and restaurants just a short walk away. If you’re sensitive to noise, this might not be the best fit, as the property sits along the flight path for MIA’s runway. The surrounding streets can also be lively, given the central location. It didn’t bother me personally, but it could be an issue for some guests. At the time of booking, the pricing was very reasonable compared to similar options closer to Downtown or South Beach. I’d definitely stay here again

The whole experience was wonderful. Spacious rooms extreamly clean and the rooftop pool with the views were lovely. Staying in the Art District was a good choice. The local restaurant and shops were amazing as well. Everything at your fingertips in the middle of downtown Miami I will book again.

The apt was super clean and modern. It has everything you could need for your trip. Location is centralized but it’s close to bars and clubs so sometimes late at night you hear loud music, else than that area is safe and would highly recommend it. Cutest apt!!!

Would not book again We were locked out for over 30 minutes on arrival and had to pay for another place just to get ready for the evening. The unit had a broken toilet, a broken washer, and a fan that didn't work. We checked out early. For what we paid, this was unacceptable, and I would not stay here again.

The room was clean. Elevator was broken down during my stay which caused me to be locked out one night till someone let me in. Also late checkout was 30+ dollars each additional hour which was crazy. I didnt notice any crazy noise. Wish there was a hair dryer available. Overall area looks kinda rundown so the price could be lower but its safe enough to walk around.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, but the check-in process was a bit complicated. It took at least half an hour just to get settled in. They couldn't find my info at the front desk, so it ended up being a whole ordeal. Navigating the way from the parking lot to the room was a bit confusing. If these issues are addressed, I’m sure the business will do even better in the future
