The staff uses the Expedia app to communicate and they are very attentive and respond very quickly. Parking can be a bit touch and go but we didn’t have any trouble finding parking. It’s about a half hour walk to the baseball stadium, which is very manageable. There is an awesome restaurant on the rooftop of the hotel that is separate from the hotel. Excellent vibes, delicious food, friendly staff and beautiful views. You also pass a nice little sandwich shop on the way. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay here! Rooms were clean, large, great view of the skyline, and a privately managed rooftop bar and grill upstairs. Staff was kind and helpful! Walking to shops coffee cafes bars market etc…. Safe friendly neighborhood! The hotel smelled amazing!!! They even offered luggage storage! Free of charge and locked access

Hotel was in a relatively good location to other attractions in the area. The room advertised was WAY smaller than appeared in the picture. We also had a view of the side of the building when we went end of September and the hotel didn’t appear to be very busy on the week days there. Found several odd things in the room like dirty socks in bedside table. Mattresses with suspicious stains on mattress covers. They offered to take care of everything but I was in and out of the room so much it didn’t really matter to me personally. What has been off putting is the absolute harassment of them calling for reviews. While their customer support was good while there for two days. I’ve gotten double calls, multiple calls since check out in September. That now I’m leaving an honest review about my stay and the harassment since. Pictures included. Fine for a quick stay. Roof top bar was nice. Everything else has left a bad taste in my mouth unfortunately.

The receptionist was extremely kind and helpful and made sure to check on us throughout our stay. The room was very clean and immediately upon arrival i could smell that it had just been cleaned not just a loud smell of bleach but real cleaning supplies. No bugs no rodents and it was really quiet. 10/10 would recommend

We were off to a rocky start before check in when I asked for some support with my stay several days before due to some unforeseen circumstances on my end. They were not very accommodating with the change. Eventually I went ahead with the originally planned stay and my other party stayed at a sister hotel several blocks away. About my stay- overall it was good. The access codes worked and my plus one guest came to stay a couple of the nights to keep me company. The bed was comfortable and the room was smaller than shown in the pictures. It measures about 10x10ft. The hot water flowed quickly to the shower faucet and tap. The internet worked flawlessly and the TV had a fire stick device so to access the apps you must have your own log in password. The location is about two blocks from Calle Ocho and the trolley/ bus stop. Downtown Brickell is about 20mins walk or 5minutes via car. I asked for extra towels and the staff was helpful enough to give them without fuss. A huge plus was that I could have my packages delivered to the property while I was out. A few recommendations to elevate the stay. There should be a mini fridge in the room to keep drinks cold. Also liquid hand soap should be provided by the bathroom sink. The coffee station in the lobby should have a bin next to it to prevent trash being left next to the kettle. Make the microwave more visible or let patrons know of the location. I’d be willing to repeat stay if they put a mini fridge in the room.

I really liked our room, I love the roof top! They have excellent food and service! There is also a patio where you can work. The WiFi is real good and the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is lovely. I really like the fact that we had a TV and a fridge (ideal to keep the water cold). They are super nice and the staff is really attentive
