This isn’t the hotel. It’s apartments. Check in at front desk is horrible and they are not willing to help out. Contact with the host/ renter is ok. We had booked an ocean view with two bathrooms. We checked in looking at buildings and only one bath. I would stay in this location again but with the hotel side. Good location if you are going a cruise or going to a Heat game but thats it.

The balcony and pool areas are all under construction and off limits which is not mentioned in the description. They put us in a completely different room than the one we booked. I contacted the property managers to see what can be done and they failed to respond. AVOID

DO NOT BOOK UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE MISLEAD LIKE I JUST WAS!! I booked this condo for 4/2/26 – 4/6/26 and ended up not even staying at all due to major undisclosed issues. The first one being that the whole building is under construction on that side so the balcony door is wedged shut and completely unusable as well as every window was covered in a white film so you cannot enjoy the view the images show this unit to promise! The current condition of it being under construction was NOT mentioned anywhere in the listing and if it was, I would have NEVER BOOKED IT! I then had the absolute pleasure to spent 4+ hours (after driving 15hrs) trying to resolve the situation through the front desk, Expedia & text messages to the owner, who chose to completely IGNORE all attempts of everyone trying to contact him! Save yourself the headache booking this! The owner doesn’t care & only wants to steal your money! In fact, run FAR AWAY from anything by “Voila Rentals” if you value honesty, transparency & accuracy! In my photos, what’s circled is the wooden wedge that kept the balcony door shut. The arrows point to the film that’s all over the windows and it’s EVERY WINDOW IN THE UNIT! The other photo I attached is the building that’s in front of you that has film all over it so you can see what I mean! (I was able to take these from my new hotels balcony!)
