The location of this hotel was top notch being within a 10 min walk to main miami beach and South pointe Park. Art deco district and smaller convenience stores are all within walking distance.The staff were quick to repond and incredibly friendly. The hotel was easy to check in and check out. Parking is located within 2 block walk and can be reserved ahead of time with staff. If you're looking for a no frills and convenient hotel at an affordable price this is the place to go in Miami Beach.

My stay at the St. Augustine Hotel in South Beach was excellent from start to finish. One of the things we appreciated most was the location—it’s tucked away in a quieter part of South Beach, which made a huge difference when it came to getting a good night’s sleep. Despite being peaceful, it’s still completely walkable to all the main attractions, so you get the best of both worlds. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, giving us plenty of room to relax after a long day out. The attention to detail throughout the hotel really stood out, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and well cared for. What truly made the experience special was the staff. Everyone we encountered was incredibly courteous, attentive, and always willing to accommodate anything we needed. Their level of service really elevated the stay. There are also plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, and having a CVS right up the block was super convenient. I highly recommend the St. Augustine Hotel for anyone visiting South Beach. It’s the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and tranquility—and I would absolutely stay here again.

In terms of customer service I have travelled a lot and never seen anything like this. The team are very responsive and reactive always ensuring that everything is taken care of. They go above and beyond and if there is any issues they are very quick to respond and solve these issues. It’s very refreshing to stay somewhere like this where you are treated like a real guest like it used it be back in the days. If I am ever in Miami again I would only stay here!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Saint Augustine Hotel in South Beach. It’s a cute, quaint boutique hotel with a nice, relaxed feel. The self-service check-in was easy, the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and we liked having a seating area in the lobby plus a spot to sit and eat if we brought food back. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and the location is great—close enough to the South Beach action, but far enough away to feel peaceful when you want a break.
