This place was small but great and perfect because it was just myself. A bit outdated in the appliances. However very close to the beach, walkable. During my stay, they were under a bit of construction, fixing and cleaning the front sidewalk. Other than that this was a good location. They provided parking as well at a charge was about $80 which is payed before arrival. Staff was so nice and very helpful. They will communicate throughout your stay at any time. They also provide, beach towel and if available, beach chair which weren’t many available. There is one microwave in case you bring food from outside and just want to warm up. A small fridge to place your drinks. AC was very affective and room was very cool. Ac is adjustable as well to your liking. Other than that I have no complaints of this property.

Cute little boutique hotel in the center of South Beach. Great restaurants and bars in walking distance. Beach is also only a couple of blocks aways. Room and bathroom are spacious. Also they have private parking on premises at a great rate. The only issue my husband had was that the AC was a bit too loud in the room. But definitely a great place to stop at if you’re looking for the South Beach experience.

I had a great experience staying at the St. Augustine Hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, comfortable, and very well taken care of. The room was spotless, from the bathroom to the floors and even the sheets and bedding. Everything felt fresh and clean, which is always one of the most important things for me when staying at a hotel. The customer service was also amazing. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay even better. The hotel itself had a nice atmosphere, and we felt comfortable throughout our entire stay. The only thing I wish was included was parking, but honestly, the parking cost wasn’t too expensive, so it wasn’t a big issue at all. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and had a great experience. The combination of cleanliness, comfort, location, and excellent customer service made it worth it. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Miami Beach and would absolutely recommend the St. Augustine Hotel to my family and friends. Thank you for making our stay such a pleasant one!

I had a wonderful stay at the St. Augustine Hotel. The property was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. What really made the experience exceptional was the outstanding customer service. Oscar, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of throughout my stay. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out and made me feel like a valued guest. Thank you, Oscar, for your hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!!
