Breakfast has a lot of choice, Beach and parasol are all new and in excellent condition. Private access to the beach and surrounding area all looks nice. Rooms are clean and I can see palm trees bear young coconuts outside of the window along with beautiful street view.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel’s beachfront location is simply unbeatable. Waking up to the ocean view and having the beach just steps away made the entire experience feel like a true vacation. The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Everything felt relaxing and effortless from the moment we arrived. The beach was gorgeous, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed every moment and would happily come back again. If you’re looking for a beautiful beachfront hotel with excellent service, a relaxing atmosphere, and an amazing location, I highly recommend this place. Definitely a 5-star experience! 🌊☀️

The rooms don’t have blankets, there was a “blanket” in the closet, but it was not even remotely soft and felt like covering up with a rug. The toilet was broken the whole stay, we had to fix it ourselves multiple times. The pool closed before dinner time. The property was a great location, the beach was beautiful, and staff was friendly, but for the price of the stay it felt very mediocre.

Overall stay was pleasant. Great views and access to the public beach. Free shuttle which runs up and down Collins Ave. Buffet breakfast has a nice selection of tasty items. My only gripe was the elevators. Elevators are small and it can get pretty busy depending on the season. The elevators get bogged down easily and can take pretty long to come. Lastly, your room key card only allows you access to the floor that you're staying on. I traveled with family and we were all on different floors. This made it difficult to visit other rooms; however, from a safety precaution I can understand why they do it. Overall great stay!

Had read reviews of this hotel so came prepared to expect certain things. Pool and beach chairs close at 6pm. Don't expect the rooms to be soundproof. The AC was not cooling as it should. The dinner buffet is ok. If you come knowing that, your stay will be wonderful. Staff was helpful. The room on top floor with ocean view was great. Breakfast buffet (stops promptly at 10am) has a nice selection. The alligator bar and take away snack bar were great. Excess number of chairs at the pool and beach. Nice night decorum inside and outside of hotel. If ever at Miami Beach again, will definitely look for this hotel again.

All of the staff were kind, helpful, and personable, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The Front Desk went above and beyond by assisting us in getting a higher room with a better view, which was incredibly appreciated and truly made our experience even more special.
