THE HOTEL WAS BEAUTIFUL. MY HUSBAND AND I ACTUALLY STAYED HERE BEFORE, BUT THE NAME WAS DIFFERENT. I LOVE THE LOCATION. I WAS ABLE TO RUN A NEARBY TRAIL EACH MORNING; THERE WERE NUMEROUS RESTAURANTS LOCATED WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. THE ONLY HICK UP WAS THAT THE STAFF DID NOT CLEAN OUR ROOM, AND WHEN I DID ASK THE CLEANING PERSON, THEY ACTED AS IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM. GREAT POOL THOUGH!

The kitchen at the pool closed at 6 pm on a Holiday (4th of July), despite the pool being open until 11 PM. Nothing else to eat at the property until breakfast. Although the booking was for 4 people, there were only 2 towels in the bathroom. Rooms are clean and remodeled. Property is nice.

We rented a suite on the 19th floor. For an affordable hotel - this was an excellent view and a great porch. However things are outdated which is fine with a budget hotel. The one thing that irked me and caused a 3/5 was how everything is monetized. For example - at the pool a Diet Coke is $7. The continent breakfast is $25 a person. Parking is $40 a day with valet and $30 without. Things add up quick here The staff was excellent and helpful, but the monetization of the little things was frustrating.

The front desk staff were lovely and extremely helpful! As for the room, it’s good if you just want somewhere to stay. The upkeep could’ve been a bit better. I found myself having to wipe down surfaces is more than I initially planned. But it’s in a great location, a lot of cute shops, and restaurants nearby!
