The room was clean Amd housekeeping is very good. Breakfast is good. The big problem of the facility is elevator maintenance. We stayed for 10 days and 1 of the 2 elevators was out of service the full period. The one that worked was totally insufficient for the needs and made weird noises. On our check out, it was also out of service and we had to go down the stairs with our bags.

The staff was amazing and accommodating. Room 205 was terrible though! We heard loud banging the entire time we were in the room. It was the elevator. We had ants in the bathroom and a cockroach on our floor in the morning. The fire alarm went off at 5am for approximately 30-45 seconds….just enough to wake us up and startle us. The beds were comfortable.

My original flight was cancelled and I had to rebook for the next day, however, I did not cancel my reservation because I wanted to be able to check in at 9 AM as opposed to waiting until 3 PM. Thankfully they did hold onto the room because it was prepaid for & I called customer service to confirm. My room was cleaned each day we were there. I am very appreciative for the refreshed beds and clean towels. Front desk staff were friendly in the pool was clean. I have zero complaints.
