Close to a mall, easy to get to from freeway, fairly close to Miami International Airport, but what really stood out was the staff, always checking on how our stay was and if we needed anything, beds in room high off floor, but comfortable, free breakfast and free parking, worth the price

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The facilities are very nice, and the location is excellent, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. I didn’t have the opportunity to try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on it. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The property was okay, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the kitchen utilities were quite poor. Although we considered cooking for ourselves, this was challenging because there was no cutting board and no useful kitchen knife available. Improving the kitchen equipment would make the stay much more comfortable for guests who want to prepare their own meals. An airport shuttle service would also be very helpful, especially for guests traveling in a group. regards R.D.

Comfortable stay overall, and the location is hard to beat if you're visiting Dolphin Mall, it's just a short distance away. One important note for future guests: there is no shuttle service to or from the airport, or to the mall itself, so please call ahead to confirm transportation arrangements before booking. That was the main reason we chose this hotel, so it caught us off guard. Aside from that, the room was comfortable and the stay met our expectations. Would recommend if you're planning your own transport.
