I can’t say how thankful I am that we stayed at this hotel! The staff were incredible. We forgot a very important item in the room and they were quick to respond and coordinate with our courier to make sure we get it back. The room was extremely poorly soundproofed; I could clearly hear the cars below and people talking and walking in the hallway. The room facilities were very basic; everything was dilapidated, and the bathroom sink was pitifully small, barely the size of a palm. During my stay, someone tried to open our door. After reporting this to the front desk, I was told they would check the security footage, but I was never informed of the results. The only redeeming quality was its good location.
