Extremely disappointing experience with this host. We were deliberately kept waiting for hours to check into the unit simply because I raised reasonable concerns about signing a Gale waiver that appeared to absolve the host/management of responsibility for the cleanliness, furnishings and overall condition of the rental. Rather than addressing my concerns professionally, the response was rude, dismissive and unnecessarily difficult. Hospitality requires communication, accountability and a genuine willingness to assist guests. Unfortunately, none of that was reflected in our experience. Based on the way our concerns and check-in were handled, I would not recommend this host.
