The staff was very nice. There is no elevator, and we had heavy luggages. I thought the hotel was a boutique hotel while I was booking and the location was very good, but it was a motel type of facility, if I had seen the room picture, I would not have booked. Many hotels in Miami are old and needs renovation

I stayed for two nights while visiting my college student. The room was by the main road so we can hear all the traffic. The AC helped drain the noise a little. Other than that the stay was comfortable.

Excellent location and perfectly priced based on the property condition and location. Check-in was a breeze. Old but clean. Road noise wasn't the issue I feared it might be. Close to good food and the start of the weekly Don Pan rides, which factored into my decision to try this property. I would say here again for short business (this was a business trip that I included some bike riding) trips or solo. If I had my spouse, I might have went with something nicer/pricier.

For the amazing last minute price I received I give this a good review. I did not give 5 stars as one of the bed wasn't great instead it was very worn. For my purposes and the location I desired for business I found it a good choice. It was also clean.

The property is the closest motel to UofMiami campus. Great location, strong AC, easy parking, cable tv all work smoothly and easily. Very basic, but a bit noisy with the highway and train close by. Overall, great value if you are only needing a bed and shower and convenience to the campus.

Relatively cheap and clean.

The room was clean. The bedsheets and towels thin. The building vibrstes with every elevated trsin going by. At least the AC worked great. This is s no frill motel, not too close to anything, on a main drag. There are restaurants and stores 15 min away on foot. Without a car it’s not a great location. At least it wasn’t noisy. But given how crazy expensive Miami has become, this was relatively cheap and the reason I stayed there for a couple of nights (to attend a friend’s birthday party).
