Shuttle were fairly quick to and from the airport. Transportation to the port was also good. The staff around the building were very helpful.

It’s a very basic airport hotel. Don’t expect much. The breakfast was pretty grim. Very little that wasn’t heavily processed.

Shuttle driver was awesome. Offered water right off the bat. Smiling and friendly. Awesome check in staff. Elevators a little finicky but not enough to irritate

Excellent check in. There is a shuttle available to the cruise terminal and we were able to get a late check out for the later shuttle.

We arrived early from our cruise and asked for early check-in the front desk told me I would have to pay an additional $75.00,
restaurant was ok but hey failed to take our orders correctly all three meals were screwed up, my wifes meal was comped but her hamburger was so raw she could not eat it. Rooms were OK but the sound that generated up from below could be heard inside our room.
