Awesome clean, nice staff, even allowed me as an IHG member to extend my checkout time. Loved it. Great shuttle service from airport to hotel, no wait, as well as to the cruise. Loved it unsure why they have awful reviews.

Stayed for one night while waiting on a connection. Left before breakfast so I can't speak to that. The check in process was smooth, the frontdesk staff were very helpful, the room was clean and spacious - and there was even basic workout equipment that one could use. Free wifi also - easy to log into and fairly quick - no issues there. Big bathroom, no tub, included amenities and toiletries - all great.
