One of the highlights of my stay was enjoying the rooftop bar—an incredible spot to unwind with a drink while taking in panoramic views of Miami. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding. Loved the 2 bed 2 bath residence! Plenty of room for me, my husband, our child and my mother. Everyone had space, comfort and privacy. The hotel is close to everything with a ton to do on site! Great staff too!

East is a gorgeous hotel with great location and access to all Brickell has to offer. Rooms are stunning, we had a residential suite one bedroom city view. Louder noise from cars on the city view side was a bit much at night so a higher view or bayside view would be our choice next stay but overall highly recommended.

The property was beautiful, and the location was very convenient to shopping. But the room noise was very loud because of the traffic below and maintenance people are slobs. We have a clogged toilet that clogged multiple times during our stay. Each time they sent somebody to plunge the toilet and left toilet water all over the bathroom floor. Also, the people who work at the restaurant are a bunch of rude disrespectful kids. And the Asian lady who was the manager, there couldn’t care less. It is such a pity that such a beautiful property is run so incompetently.
