The room is great especially when you travel with a big family group. The only things bother me during the stay are 1) noises, especially when we got there the first night it was Halloween so literally noises till late midnight 2) pillow and bed are too soft, but this really my personal preferences 3)

A perfect stay

Loved the 2 bed 2 bath residence! Plenty of room for me, my husband, our child and my mother. Everyone had space, comfort and privacy. The hotel is close to everything with a ton to do on site! Great staff too!

East is a gorgeous hotel with great location and access to all Brickell has to offer. Rooms are stunning, we had a residential suite one bedroom city view. Louder noise from cars on the city view side was a bit much at night so a higher view or bayside view would be our choice next stay but overall highly recommended.

Twice I have stayed and twice they have charged me for mini bar use I did not make. This time they ALSO charged me AGAIN for the full stay which I had pre-paid. Always review your invoice before paying at check out!!!! Great hotel and location but unethical invoicing policies!!!!!

C’est la troisième fois que ma famille et moi séjournons au East. Plusieurs points nous ont un peu déçus cette année: le bruit des travaux à proximité de la piscine, les matelas des transats méritent d’être changés, des cheveux sur le sol de notre chambre à notre arrivée, pas de draps ni de serviettes pour notre fils qui dormait sur le canapé et enfin le fait qu’il faille appeler plusieurs fois et même se déplacer au lobby pour qu’on nous apporte ce qui manquait. Malgré ces quelques désagréments, nous avons apprécié notre séjour car nous avions un grand appartement avec deux chambres et deux salles de bain, les lits sont très confortables et enfin l’hôtel est très proche du metromover et propose un accès direct au Brickell city center.

Péssima experiência

tivemos uma experiência muito ruim. Lançaram cobrança da estadia, mesmo estando com a estadia pré-paga. Depois tivemos um grande susto, com uma pessoa batendo a nossa porta as 3AM, e mesmo eu falando que a pessoa estava no apto errado, insistiu e tocou nossa campainha 3x!!! Ninguém ajuda com as malas, nem na chegada, nem no checkout, mesmo solicitando ajuda.

I was so excited to stay at EAST Miami — the photos looked stunning and I was really looking forward to a luxury experience. I paid about $1,600 for 4 nights, expecting everything to be up to par for a high-end hotel. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the first room had several issues visible stains on the couch and floor, along with thick stains of odd substances. I brought it up with the front desk and they did move me to another room, which I appreciate, but even the new room still wasn’t up to the standard I expected for what I paid. I didn’t want to keep complaining during my vacation, so I just made the best of it. The location and views were beautiful, but for the price, the room quality should have matched. I really hope management takes better care of the details. Guests shouldn’t have to settle when they’re paying for a luxury stay.

Tudo excelente se não fosse as máquinas.

A estadia foi muito boa, apartamento limpo, serviços de primeira qualidade, conforto a toda prova, atendimento pronta entrega. A única coisa que não estava bom era a máquina de lavar roupa e o fogão, não funcionou, daí nós acabamos ficando na mão.

The property was beautiful, and the location was very convenient to shopping. But the room noise was very loud because of the traffic below and maintenance people are slobs. We have a clogged toilet that clogged multiple times during our stay. Each time they sent somebody to plunge the toilet and left toilet water all over the bathroom floor. Also, the people who work at the restaurant are a bunch of rude disrespectful kids. And the Asian lady who was the manager, there couldn’t care less. It is such a pity that such a beautiful property is run so incompetently.
