We really liked the hotel for its location, cleanliness and staff, it is only worth noting that you must pay 28 dollars a day for a beach umbrella that in my opinion should be included and not charged.

I liked the street security during the day and night. Miami police gives excellent service. Even inside the Hotel, private security have the control 24 hours. The beach is just five minutes walking distance from the bedroom.

Excellent location in Sunny Isles. This was our second stay and we were plenty surprised with the upgrades to the rooms and hotel. Good customer service everywhere, especially by Max at front desk. Loved that this hotel has access to the beach We had an ocean view room and a huge balcony. Our room had everything that we needed. Housekeeping was a bit inconsistent, never provising us enough towels for the amount of people in the room but that's literally our only feedback. Looking forward to a third visit in the near future.

The parking has valet service. For using the parking is $45 per day. The room cleaning and staff service are excellent. The beach view from my bedroom was excellent. Outside the hotel by 9PM is safe to walk either to Walgreens, Mc Donald, Pollo Tropical.
