It was good, the bathrooms need updating as well as an actual gym not just cardio equipment, small updates can make this place look great. Maybe new chairs outside by the pool not the plastic ones. Staff is pleasant and the cleaning people are so sweet.

This is a great place to stay while you are in Miami. It is close to the airport restaurants and shopping malls. The staff is very friendly and helpful. the rooms are nice and clean this is the second time we stay here and will stay here every time we come to Miami.

They were so helpful from the very start. We came with a party of 6, and we got to the hotel way before check in. We were able to store our bags until the rooms were ready, and we were able to get into our rooms pretty early! Great staff

The room was fine. The staff were friendly. The noise coming from the highway was awful. That's on me for not checking the location before booking. But, i definitely wouldnt stay there again for that reason. I was being awoken all through the night.

Staff were nice and attentive. However, entering the room has a bad musk smell. One shared microwave in the main lobby. When taking a shower in makes the entire room feel humid and causes the floors to be wet and look glossy. Even if you have the air vent on in the bathroom. Overall decent stay but wouldn’t see myself coming back. Even though it was a one night stay.

The hotel is located near a major highway, so be prepared for noise. The doors throughout the building are a little shabby. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. Checkin easy.

The checking was quick. I arrived midnight and the receptionist was super nice. The room was so much better than I expected for the price. I recommend this place if you are traveling and need to stay in a good place. Also I let my car parked until I return to the country.

Expensive for what it is. The first room I was out in was smelly. Some of the front desk staff need training in how to speak to customers. Stench in rooms needs to be dealt with. The only positive thing is the restruant- great food and wonderful staff.

Pretty close to the airport which is amazing. hotel is nothing special. staff is very friendly and good, but don't expect a 5 star service. some towels have a hair on them and rooms are a bit old. But in general is good for on night.

The front desk staff were very friendly when we arrived. However the hotel smelled like smoke and weed. They had fans in the hallway I’m assuming trying to get rid of the smell. We also had to move rooms because the handle of the shower was broken and only hot water was coming out. Someone did come up very quickly to get it checked out. There was mold in both rooms we stayed in. We went from the 4th floor to the 2nd floor and both smelled of smoke and weed.
