Honestly probably the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Fire alarm went off several times throughout the two days we stayed. Stayed here for the convenience of the location next to the event we had the next morning. Fire alarm went off around 1:30 am which kept us up for the next couple of hours from how loud it was. Then when we finally managed to get back to sleep it went off again around 6am. The very next day it went off again before 7am. Only compensation was a few measly points just enough to get ourselves a free hand lotion if we wanted it.

Fantastic location. Even tho the hotel had renos going on the guests were not disturbed. The staff are fantastic. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. Room was spacious and clean.
