The shuttle drivers were very helpful. One thing I didn’t enjoy was being placed in a room so far from the elevator as I am handicapped and found it extremely difficult to get to and from my room. The room itself was excellent though.

It seemed like this is the cheap hotel where all the airline workers stay overnight. I had no idea it would be so drab, like going to a government agency office or something. We signed up for a shuttle at 12pm but they called us to go at 9:45am. The best they would do is give us 11:00am. If they didn't have 12pm available, why didn't the staff know this? Then the hotel charged us for the shuttle and the shuttle woman charged us again. I was expecting much better from Clarion to spend the night until our cruise left the next morning. Disappointing, but at least it was only one night.
