CitizenM South Beach is a DREAM FIND amidst all of the hotels and motels on Miami Beach. Situated at the end of Lincoln Rd on Alton Road a block from the bay, CitizenM is an all in one gem with roof top pool, amazingly quant and intimate modern rooms, great food offerings in the in house restaurant and a professional staff that is unmatched in all of my years traveling to South Beach. Im really sorry I could not stay longer as the vibe of the hotel and its numerous workspaces made my work trip super pleasant and effective. I am looking forward to staying here in the future as CitizenM will more than likely become my go-to hotel when conducting business in South Beach.

Easy and smooth check in process. Everyone was extremely helpful but I wanted to give a huge thank you to Argelis and the young lady that was working with him that night. I didn’t get her name unfortunately. While on my stay in Miami I got terrible news and was in major distress. Argelis and the woman went above and beyond to comfort my boyfriend and I. I’ll never forget how kind they were and how good they made me feel once I calmed down. Thank you thank you!!! I’d stay here again and I hope to see them again so I can thank them again.

I love this hotel! The room was clean. The location was a little further away from South Beach, about a 10-minute drive. There is a bar onsite and they serve food. The rooftop pool was amazing. The room was small, but it did the job. I definitely will stay there again.
