I had a really great experience staying at CitizenM Hotel! From the moment I arrived, I felt safe and comfortable on the property. The staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, welcoming, helpful, and always willing to assist whenever I needed anything. The hotel was clean, modern, and had a great atmosphere. The central location near the shopping center and restaurants. The close access to the free train to downtown was a plus. The breakfast option was the same every day. The room attendants could have payed closer attention to providing adequate towels as there were 2 occupants in the room.

We are cruisers so we spent a day before our cruise at this wonderful hotel. Of all the hotels we have stayed at the citizenM was honestly the best. The staff was amazing, friendly, helpful and even gave us advise what to do for the day. The hotel has a cool, modern vibe and is in a fantastic location, lots to do. The rooms are very clean, have great views but they are definitely small, for people who have never been on a cruise, this may be too small for you. We had a great dinner at the Italian restaurant which was right across the street, found a liquor store down the street and plenty of shopping at two very large outdoor malls. Lots to do and see in the evening as Miami comes alive at night We had a great stay and will definitely be back !!

It was a very nice and unique hotel. Great room - loved the iPad controlled everything. Note that it was very simple to use. The rooftop pool was clean, they provided towels and the view was awesome. Right beside the pool was a rooftop bar with great seats and views as well. The hotel was close to everything including a grocery store and many spots to eat. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again if in area.
