Paid $220 a night for a dirty room, tried switching to the only other room open and it was the same. We had no trash can, no ice bucket and no ironing board for our iron. To get in the room we had to shove the door open. There were roaches coming out of the wall in the bathroom. I alerted front desk and all he did was say he won’t charge me for the Red Bull I drank from the minibar. Great location but I will never stay here again!

The room was ok. The front desk staff were ok. The valet parking took way too long. When arrived and entered the room it was clean with a few things missing. The phone in the room did not work. It was reported about an hour after we checked in. The problem was never corrected throughout our stay. There was no remote for the television. The first night there was no hot water. Using the valet we needed to call an 1/2 hour before we needed the car. Since our phone was not working and they were not picking up the hotel phone when calling from my cellphone it was a problem in getting the car. When we were leaving, we actually left earlier given our experience with getting the car, this did not help. IT took them over an hour for them to deliver the car. We almost missed flight because of this. The hotel staff was no help, they had no telephone number to contact valet! They said they used an app to request cars when needed.

Your paying for location. The pipes burst so the entire lobby was flooded. The room was dirty prior to us checking in. One of the bartenders (Female black hair, slim) was very rude and didn’t accommodate at all. I asked her for 2 cups she would only give me one. I’m spending $180 a night and i can’t get two plastics cups :/.
