The hotel is really for people that are going to stay out all night. Its not a place to stay and chill. We tried to sit outside and enjoy ourselves but one of the staff told us it was for bar people only. I didnt see anything for handicap people besides the elevator inside the building, no ramp in sight. They do not have people to help with your luggage so if you have heavy suitcases you have to carry them up the steps. I am not use to hotels like this, the only two high lights for me was when we were leaving/checking out the female manager was super sweet, nice and helpful. We were waking distance from a lot of spots. So if you want to party and stay out late this hotel is for you.

The room was very outdated (room520) maybe that’s the style in the area I didn’t like it at all. The bathroom floor had a large crack in it, the mirror in the bathroom had black stains on it that couldn’t be cleaned off, the bathroom sink was lose if you bumped against it the sink would move. The bed frame was worn. The mattress was sunk in on one side. I complained to the staff the hotel was sold out. The next day they called and offered to move me however I wasn’t at the property at the time I was out touring. We were sitting out on the front and was told we had to move because I wasn’t buying anything from the bar I don’t drink alcohol however I was a customer at the hotel also we booked 5 rooms. We were told they were losing money from customers that actually drink alcohol. If you’re looking for convenience to Collins & Ocean Dr. this is the spot location it’s perfect you can walk to almost everything.

We stayed one night before a cruise and it was a great location! We took a long walk on the beautiful path looking out at the water. Tons of restaurants within a couple blocks. The staff was great and stored our luggage since we arrived on an early flight. The only negative was the courtyard in the pictures was locked and not available as we had hoped. Also at night the lobby turns into a hooka bar and is pretty loud and no available seats for hotel patrons.

Police came twice in 2 days looked like a raid 8 police cars lined up in road. I checked out ate my cost and moved. It is a great location and rooms wer decent and very clean. Hotel need major upgrades and staff need to be more friendly and bartender needs to learn how to Serve people. .

I stayed one night at the Chesterfield Hotel in Miami before leaving for a cruise. When I arrived, Katie at the front desk was very kind and helpful, and Carlos was also professional and understanding. Unfortunately, the room we were first placed in was clearly not properly cleaned. The bed linens were wrinkled, the pillows had brown smudges, glitter, and hair that clearly wasn’t mine, and the dresser had rings from cups and food crumbs that looked like leftover chicken or fish. Katie helped move us to another room, but it still made me question the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The next morning I asked the front desk receptionist, Rocio, if I could have 15–30 extra minutes past checkout, especially considering the condition of the first room. While I was trying to briefly explain the situation from the night before, Rocio told me to stop talking and walked away from the desk for an extended period of time. The interaction felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive, especially since I was simply trying to explain what had happened during my stay. She still refused the extra time, even though it was a small request. When I later spoke with Carlos, he was understanding and even agreed that the request should have been honored. The only real positive is the location… the beach is about a 4-minute walk away. Other than that, the cleanliness and service issues made this a disappointing stay. I would not choose to stay here again.

Pictures are not what the rooms look like IN PERSON!! When we arrived, we were surprised and caught off guard by how different it looked like from the online pictures. Our room was very dark and old. It smelled very bad inside, moldy smell… the unit was old and the bathroom was all glass.. so much glass everywhere, we felt uncomfortable. While it’s in a nice location, I would not recommend
