Its definitely a dated hotel, but the location is unbeatable!! Front desk was very friendly and helpful. I liked that they lent you beach chairs, towels and an umbrella.

We stayed in this hotel for one night while we are waiting to board our cruise. We didn’t have many expectations, we chose this hotel for the location. We were able to take a metro bus from the airport to within a couple blocks of this hotel, that was a great bonus. $2.25 a person. This is a cute hotel that has an amazing location. We walked up the stairs to the second floor. The rooms were OK. They were clean, had a mini fridge, and a tiny safe. My favorite things about this hotel were the breakfast, and the fact that they will give you towels, umbrellas, and chairs for the beach on request. The beach is about a four minute walk from the hotel, we definitely took advantage of that. There is a tiny minimart with alcohol and food choices a couple blocks away. There is also Starbucks across the street if that fits your budget. Checking in and checking out were a breeze, the staff were very nice. I would definitely stay in this hotel again. You don’t need a pool because your steps away from the beach.

Our stay was ok, be prepared that if you need anything later in the day they will tell you to wait the until the next day. Including if you need water. Also any drinks they provide have to be paid in cash. The room was fine, check in and out was easy.

So it was in a good location. When you walk in it’s nice. But there’s no elevator staff never told me about that when I called. Early check in he said 40 over the phone. When I got there 8am he said it’s 100$ smh said I can pay 40$ at 12 noon smh they do not give you wash clothes. Tv was not working we called front desk the guy said that he would send someone he never did nor did he call us to say no one coming and this was a 1 night stay before my cruise. We want chill watch movies but unfortunately could not no tv. He never got back with me about late check out no ice. It was just a mess I should have been accommodate. Smh well first time for everything never again and sad part someone recommended me to stay here never never again

The hotel was great and the staff friendly and helpful. You can walk to everything from this location. Security works well with the passcode given at checkin. Off the street parking is a plus. No complaints at all.

The English Front Desk person, sorry, I am terrible with names, was so nice and helpful. I did not know that breakfast was included, that the valet was super reasonably priced for Miami Beach, and that we could use the complimentary bikes. We need to come back again! Thank you.
