Best part was to be right on the beac and Trolley stop was right out of hotel. Valet parking staff was great however the whole process of dropping and picking car was very slow and you have to wait 15-30 mins especially when picking your car.

It is old and in need of repair. The bathroom lacks a fan and the entire place smells of must and mildew . The valet parking is a nightmare even though it told us self parking in the ad. Pool and ocean are very nice . No partial view like stated .

No warning on construction at the lobby-loud noise during check in at 8:30pm? Lengthy lines and a long wait for check in process with only one person trying to handle it. Room looked a lot smaller than on picture, towels and toilet tissue are the cheapest! Listed 2 bathrooms, only 1 and 1/2 bath in reality. Both bathrooms fans not working, very limited space to put anything down except on the bed. 1st floor closet door falls on you when try to open it, countertop kitchen was not very clean. Cabinets missing glass on doors. Everything appears to be outdated and not very well kept even if it is. Walk-in Closet 2nd floor can only be called as such, maybe to step in. We survived the 2-night stay. Valet was pretty prompt. Some of us used pool and this was good, beach access worked.

This was the perfect place for a last minute getaway with my husband. The longest waits were for the elevators and at valet, but if you bring your patience you'll be amazed at this gem. Granted, we came during off season, so I'm sure it's a different story during peak. Either way, we found a friendly staff, clean facilities, and easy accessibility to everything we wanted!

The room was nice, had a microwave, and a huge TV with all the apps installed. I had a nice comfortable stay especially because the room was clean. Make sure you order from the Riki Tiki bar -- the food is amazing.

The location was phenomenal. The room was basic and could be cleaner. The pool was amazing. Loved the tiki bar and beach access. My only concern was the parking. I waited 30 minutes to be able to get my car. I could see that it was a significant source of frustration for the guests. The elevator was also impossible. Luckily I was not too high in the building so we just took the stairs. I think that self parking should be considered if possible. It would make this place an absolutely dream.

The check in process was horrible waiting in line for 90 min. The valet process was slow with no communication. The customer service was the really bad. They have more security guards than actual staff. Then to top it all the room had roaches. I have never been in such a disgusting situation. I didn’t see the roaches until the next day or I would have left immediately.
