Property was well managed and taken care off, it’s in a more residential park of South each which is nice. Not noisy at all and just a short 10-15 min walk to the beach.

Its in a close proximity to the beach, hence the price is reflected accordingly. One of the restrooms appear to be updated but without ventilation. The beds are so so and the heater makes a loud noise making it unpleasant to leave it on.

Book to this hotel because I had to come to South Beach for work, and it was amazing! The apartment is super spacious, giving me a true home away from home while working. Loved the easy access of the pool.

Everything was pretty good. One Air conditioner kept breaking and it was fixed twice but it broke again and I did not call to have it fixed because I didn’t want maintenance to keep coming in the apartment. Also there wasn’t any cleaning supplies to clean the apartment. The floors were very dirty and I had a baby and 5 year old. A mop was brought but there was no broom or any cleaning soap. I had to buy those items and I gave them away when I left. The overall apartment was very nice and I wouldn’t mind staying there again. You could not beat the location. And we were very comfortable. It really did serve the purpose for 5 days. Thank you.

Excellent emplacement proche d’océan drive 10 minutes à pied mais au calme absolu génial pour se ressourcer. Petite piscine agréable. Parking public proche à 20$ les 24h. L’appartement loué pour 4 personnes ne comprenait que 2 serviettes et 2 oreillers pas de couverture pour le sofa bed.nous avons attendu 1 heure la personne pour avoir tout cela. Le lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas. Il y avait assez de vaisselle pour tout le monde et l’appartement était vraiment chouette. Je recommande vraiment casa Gaby pour votre séjour à Miami beach.

Place did not live up to the pictures. Came back to A pile of dead moths one afternoon. A cockroach dead in the kitchen. Worm crawling up the wall. Was not worth the money! Do not book! I have pictures to confirm all this. Also you are not allowed in the backyard after 8pm. No noise allowed while the neighbors can be loud.

Looked just like the photos but when emailing questions about apartment NO ONE answered any of my emails. Never heard from property manager till our plane landed that afternoon in Florida. Was stressed that we didn’t even have a reservation since no one was communicating with me. Very clean. Few things to improve, bathroom fixtures for shower were not working properly . No lid on toilet and NO shelves to sit any toiletries in whole bathroom. Pool area was nice. No extra blankets for pull out bed in living room.
