I never got the email on how to check in. I was sitting on the street for 45 minutes until it was resolved, I had to call to 4 different phone numbers. The wifi network never showed up, I reached out and they didn't do anything. The blinders were stuck so I couldn't open them at all. The place overall is good and the location is great but it's not worth the hassle. So many other good options in the area.

The unit was on the 28th floor, which gave me a stunning, full view of the city—especially beautiful at night. The amenities were a huge highlight. The pool and jacuzzi were both clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. Communication was seamless throughout the entire stay—the host and residential staff were responsive, helpful, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. One of the best parts is the location. It’s within walking distance of some of the best restaurants in Brickell, as well as top nightlife spots, which made exploring super convenient. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again—10/10 experience!

Not a luxury room! No parking pass provided as advertised. Unit needs major updating. Shower was just set on super hot. One towel and washcloth for 2 people for 2 nights. Management said they would bring more but never did! Internet was on and off. Bedding was worn. The area was very nice and safe, but I would not stay there again!!
